Theta V - What do all the flashing lights mean?

Does anyone know a good online guide that lists all these?

For instance, when you try and turn it on and the power button flashes red briefly, I’m guessing that means out of battery?

What does it mean when the power button flashes red 2 or 3 times when turning it off? I’ve seen that several times and have no idea.
